What do I need to run RPM?

A computer with an Internet connetion. That's it. RPM also runs on most smartphones, including the Apple iPhone

Will I lose all my data from XYZ?

We have filters to import data from all major RO Writers. Even if your software was a custom job, and the programmer has long since died, we can probably get your data in to RPM.

How do I know my data is safe?

Our primary server is located in Sterling, VA, with a hot standby backup server located in San Jose, CA. All transactions are saved on both servers, and each server is backed up to tape nightly. The tapes are then stored in a secure location away from the server.

Is it reliable?

We guarantee that the system will be available 99.99% of the time. You can see our last year's performance here. We believe that it is important to make this data available to both current users and prospective customers.

Can you add a feature for me?

Yes! In fact, our customers are our primary source of ideas for RPM.

How often do you release new versions?

We release patches and bug fixes monthly, minor upgrades quarterly, and a major new release each spring.
